Clean, sanitized bottles are a must to produce healthy wine.  If you take shortcuts in this area it can result in bacteria present which will in turn spoil your wine. The Vinator Bottle Washer  ensures your bottles are clean and sanitary before accepting the wine you have worked so long to craft.

Regardless if your bottles are new or used, it’s necessary take the steps to first clean your bottles and then sanitize before bottling.  In recycling bottles, I always make an effort to rinse the bottle with warm water as soon as I have emptied the last of the wine into the glass to enjoy. It is then stored in a box upside down until I am ready to put it back into use. At that time, I clean it with the Vinator and a solution of PBW cleaner by pushing an upside-down bottle on the pump. If necessary, I can use my bottle brush to remove any solids.  It gets rinsed with clean water in and placed in my FastRack for drying.

Just before bottling, my Vinator is put back into service using a solution of sodium metabisulfite and water for sanitizing the wine bottles. The Vinator Bottle Rinser significantly reduces cleaning & sanitizing time.
